Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 February 2026
The Bot may access the following data as required for functionality:
Discord user IDs
Discord server (guild) IDs
Role and permission data at runtime
Voice channel state information
Data is accessed only at runtime to:
Validate Discord role hierarchy for moderation actions
Perform temporary voice channel management
Generate moderation-related logs within the server
The Bot does not store persistent personal data such as messages, voice content, or user profiles
Member and role data is retrieved temporarily via Discord’s API or cache (e.g., Discord.js)
No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes
We do not share data with third parties. All data usage is limited to providing the Bot’s features within the Discord server where it is installed.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect data during processing. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Server administrators may remove the Bot at any time, which immediately stops all data access. Since no persistent personal data is stored, there is no long-term data retention.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For questions or concerns regarding these Terms or Privacy Policy, please contact the Bot developer through the official support channel associated with the Bot.
